1. Returns

Returns only accepted if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery
Request within 3 days of receiving order
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

2. Refunds

Refunds processed after returned product inspection
Refunds take 7–10 working days (depending on payment method)
Shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Exchanges

Damaged/wrong products will be replaced
Exchange depends on product availability
